Every new fiberglass hull produced is released from the mold by a mold release wax. In order to obtain proper adhesion of paint, the wax and other foreign materials must be removed from the surface be painted or gelcoated. S-80 Wax N Grease Killer is a solvent wash that dewaxes, removes grease and other contaminants prior to bottom painting, or gelcoating.
